AgileAcoustics is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.
As a UK designer, manufacturer and installer of acoustic pods, screens and workplace furniture solutions, we recognise our responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of our operations and supply chain. We are committed to measuring, monitoring and reducing our greenhouse gas emissions and continually improving our environmental performance.
Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

Additional Details relating to the Baseline Emissions calculations
FY2025 represents AgileAcoustics' first formal carbon footprint assessment and therefore serves as both the baseline year and first reporting year.
The baseline has been developed using available operational data including energy consumption, company vehicle mileage, employee numbers, freight expenditure and purchased goods and services. Emissions are estimated using UK Government greenhouse gas conversion factors and will be refined as more detailed data becomes available through future annual assessments.

Emissions reduction targets
In order to continue our progress towards achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.
We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 59 tCO₂e by 2030, representing a reduction of approximately 30% against our FY2025 baseline.
Future targets will be reviewed annually and updated as more accurate emissions data becomes available.

Carbon Reduction Projects
Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives
The following environmental management measures and projects have already been implemented and will remain in effect when performing future contracts:
Manufacture of products within the United Kingdom.
Local sourcing strategy, with the majority of suppliers located within approximately 75 miles of our manufacturing facility.
Use of FSC-certified timber and responsibly sourced plywood.
Incorporation of recycled PET (rPET) acoustic materials within products.
Use of water-based finishes and low-VOC materials where practical.
Recycling of waste timber and sheet materials through supplier recycling schemes.
Product designs focused on longevity, refurbishment and replacement of individual components rather than full product replacement.
Reduction in packaging waste through reuse and recycling initiatives.
Digital-first approach to administration and documentation.
Future Carbon Reduction Measures
AgileAcoustics intends to implement the following measures:
Establish a formal annual carbon footprint reporting programme.
Improve energy efficiency across manufacturing and office operations.
Transition company vehicles to electric vehicles as part of a phased fleet replacement programme.
Increase use of recycled and lower-carbon materials throughout the product range.
Work with suppliers to improve environmental reporting and transparency.
Continue reducing waste through product refurbishment and circular economy initiatives.
Optimise logistics and delivery routes to reduce transportation emissions.
Declaration and Sign Off
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard¹ and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting².
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard³.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
