Capacity: A compact 2-person acoustic pod designed for face-to-face working — ideal where floor space is at a premium but private conversation is essential.

Designed for: One-to-one meetings, focused collaboration, supervision sessions, HR conversations, clinical consultations, and hybrid video calls.

Applications: Particularly well suited to public sector, NHS, local authority, education and corporate workplaces where visibility, safeguarding, and efficient use of space are key considerations. Its slim footprint and strong glazed presence make it ideal for open-plan environments without creating visual bulk.

Acoustic Performance: AgilePOD#9 (D) delivers excellent sound insulation for confidential discussions, while still allowing important building safety alerts (such as fire alarms) to be heard. Dual low-noise ventilation fans maintain airflow and comfort during longer sessions.

For enhanced speech privacy, the Pod can also be fitted with an optional white noise system — a feature increasingly specified by our larger public sector clients who require both discretion and compliance.

Fabric: Upholstered in premium contract-grade wool fabric, available in hundreds of colours from leading UK manufacturers. Panels can be refreshed or re-upholstered in the future, extending product life and supporting ESG objectives.
