Something Big Is Coming to Acoustic Pod Design
Date 19.11.2025 Author: Stuart Jones
We’ve been thinking a lot recently about the idea of acoustic Pods on castors. On paper, the concept makes sense — mobility, flexibility, adaptability. But there’s a major problem the industry keeps overlooking: they’re simply not accessible for all users, and that’s a deal-breaker for any organisation serious about inclusivity and compliance.
So, we went back to the drawing board.
After months of design sessions, conversations with senior facilities professionals, insights from workplace project managers, and a handful of rapid prototypes, we believe we’ve arrived at something genuinely game-changing for acoustic Pod design. It’s an idea that doesn’t compromise accessibility and doesn’t force clients to choose between flexibility and compliance.
Right now, we’re submitting our patent application, building the final working prototype, and organising a pre-launch demo event for a group of Facilities Directors in London in January 2026.
We can’t say too much just yet — but we’re incredibly excited.
Watch this space. We can’t wait to share what’s next and raise the bar for accessible acoustic Pods worldwide.
