We know we’re slightly biased, but here at AgileAcoustics, we say our AgilePOD – an upholstered acoustic pod – offers many more benefits than the traditional glass acoustic pods you so often see in office settings.

Impressive Echo and Reverberation
The acoustic benefits were highlighted by our client at Calderdale Council, where we recently installed 4no. Pod#1s in their Bank Hall space, situated at Princess Buildings in Halifax.
Not only did they comment that their colleagues loved working inside the Pods, but they were also really impressed by the reduction in echo and reverberation time in their large Bank Hall office space. Previously, it was an extremely echoey space and our pods have now made all the difference to the team’s work environment.
Our clients also comment that they feel cocooned inside our AgilePODs, while the acoustics are, of course, fantastic. While we’re sure that the acoustics are also pretty good in glass pods, there is no denying that the use of glass on the interior walls must make the spaces slightly reverberant inside.
